20 UK postcodes most likely to commit insurance fraud, more like. On a related matter, I read a quote from an insurance company in January (I think) which said that the number of claims for "TV's dropped down stairs while being moved" had gone up something like 350% in 2008, and that they happened in hotspots (just like the old "I broke my toe on a raised pavement slab" fraud in Liverpool and other NW towns and cities many years ago).

I'm no fan of insurance companies (it's legalised racketeering) but insurance fraud by the greedy, the lazy and the corrupt probably doubles the premium that everyone - including those who aren'l lazy, greedy or corrupt - pays. (I've never claimed a penny on car, contents or buildings insurance in the 15 years I have had policies.)
