Titaniccaptain: TITANIC CAPTAIN SOUNDS HIS LAST POST!!!
This will be my last post on hear for some time and the end of my full time blogging on here due to other commitments. Many thanks to all on this site who have changed my life and to housepricecrash.co.uk. in the words of Bilbo Baggine "I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.".....I will be back occasionally to blog my nonsense...I am a small fish in a very big bath so I wont go on......take care all and YOU WERE ALL RIGHT WHEN THE EXPERTS WERE NOT and that is quite something.....you should all be very proud.

The House Price Crash has become part of a growing economic problem. Looking back, the collapse of Northern Rock's economic model took "house prices" across the Rubicon. We are into a new phase now.
Thanks for your lively posts, I always sensed in your posts that you had a heart for the smaller fish. They are always the ones who end up burned in times like these.
