Yahoo: Easter and weather damage John Lewis sales
LONDON (ShareCast) - John Lewis blamed the fall of Easter last year and sunny weather for a big drop in sales at its department stores last week.

Or maybe, like almost every shop in every single depressingly boring shopping mall in the country, their stores are just full of overpriced tat which, if they stopped to think about it, nobody really needs?
I guess the majority of the great unwashed will keep spending on this sh*ite so long as the have the breath to phone for a bigger credit limit but all it takes is a few percent to wise up and you get a proportionate fall in sales ....
