FT Index Falls Into Line
FT: House prices continue to slide
"House prices in England and Wales continued their slide in February, with prices now back to levels not seen since early 2006, according to the latest FT House Price Index."
Funny - I remember a few months ago the people who compile the FT Index were suggesting how the Halifax/Nationwide figures may be innacurate and how their methods are much better. The reality is simply that they rely on Land Registry data which we all know is about 3 months out of date...
