Brown is Blaming everybody except Himself....Cheeky Man

Daily Mail: Brown attacks 'avarice' of bankers as he puts big-spending Budget on hold

Gordon Brown attacked the behaviour of bankers today as he appeared to retreat from ordering a new giveaway Budget to stimulate the economy.
Speaking in New York, the Prime Minister stressed that monetary policy and interest rates were just as important as tax cuts or higher spending.
'It is the combination of all these things that makes a difference,' he said.
Mr Brown also criticised the 'avarice' of the financial sector and claimed bankers had acted outside the values everyday people try to uphold in their daily lives.

The Debt Management Office, which sells the gilts to the raise money on behalf of the Government, failed to attack enough bidders for its latest issue.

A freudian slip? the government could have locked them up in the tower of London until they brought gilts much more civilised.

Brown isn't having too much luck at the moment. Between the Governor of the Bank of England and the Prime Minister of Czechoslovkia telling him he's on the road to hell.

Plus of course the viral YouTube video of Daniel Hannan being brutally honest in the European Parliament after Brown's cringing speech was priceless. Hannan's video has had over half a million views and seems to have struck a chord in the nation's psyche.
