Britain's credit card debt is £53bn

BBC News: Credit card debt crackdown plan

This upsets me more than any other debt.
The credit card companies and banks have destroyed so many people even when interest rates were low.

Looking at the HPC homepage I've spotted a credit card with a rate of 34.9%.

I've seen lots of cases of people drifting into credit card debt as I'm a debt advisor for a charity. The Credit Card people are happy to rip the last penny out of customers.

Sorry alan,

These were the people calling me mad for not being in debt and "having it off"

Live by the sword or within your means.

Credit cards are used by the weak, materialistic, media brainwashed and feckless idiots to consume trash they don't need and can't afford. These people destroyed themselves, the credit card companies only provided the means for them to do so. It is the right of the credit card company to try and sell you something, you don't need to buy it. Try taking some responsibility. Probably too much to ask for in this day and age when the government and media have turned so many people into drones. Take a human put him a certain environment and drip feed his brain with right words and he will believe anything....I NEED an iPod, I NEED to upgrade my mobile, I NEED a plasma screen.....I NEED to borrow on my credit card....they made me do it.........it's not my fault...........I am only a drone.
