New shopping centre in Wakefield.
Sheperds construction walked out last week due to unpaid bills.
Rumours of a public sector bailout (groan) from the ever dependable Yorkshire Forward and Wakefield Council.
So public sector bails out the commercial development which is failing because there isn't enough cash there to make it viable. Brilliant now the nation of shopkeepers can join the public sector bubble.
