The Ombudsman for Estate Agents has reported a "surprising" workload dealing with complaints despite the property market slump.
While activity dropped by as much as 60% in 2008, Christopher Hamer said sales disputes dropped by just 3%.

This comes as no surprise to me. People are clearly miffed that a) they aren't getting any buyer interest, b) they can no longer sell at a silly price and c) the EAs are powerless to do anything about a) and b). Me thinks it's gonna get ugly...
