Fox News: FBI Investigates $9 Million ATM Scam
Hackers broke into RBS's computer system, and used the details to clone cards used to withdraw $9m from ATM machines around the world. So far, nobody has been arrested for it.

I think strings are pulled on both and its all a big illusion of who is in control so we get a faulse sense of a conflict.....BUT individuals who milk this are as much to blame as those they serve.......its all a sick con and we pay the price I see no other LOGICAL conclusion to this.......I was watching Barry Smith on you tube (Yes I know many see him as a crackpot Christian like myself).......its worth a look even if you dont buy the religious stance its still compeling viewing...and yes its very NWO conspiricy based.but keep an open mind on it.......................TIN HAT ON.........

Sorry guys I know this may seem like a nutty youtube vid but there are some interesting predictions made around 4 mins in.......I know the christian bit may be bit hard to swallow.........but food for thought even if you disagre

Not even 1% of the bonuses being paid out in RBS this year...what's the issue?

Incompetence. Smokescreen, and another reason why RBS should not give bonuses.
