Leeds developer K W Linfoot has gone into administration.

Contract journal: Developer goes down fighting

Linfoot was behind the Lumiere scheme in Leeds and was a main driver in the regeneration of the city centre.
The statement read: "City centre properties remain popular and this is reflected in the continuing demand for rental properties, rising rental values and 90 per cent plus occupancy rates.
