CNN Money: UK Serious Fraud Office Launches Probe Into AIG Unit
The U.K's Serious Fraud Office said Thursday it has launched a preliminary inquiry into the U.K. operations of AIG Financial Products Corp., a unit of American International Group Inc. (AIG).
The SFO said in a statement that the inquiry involves conduct at AIG Financial Products. The office said it is cooperating with the U.K.-based Financial Services Authority.

It's called white collar crime.
