Daily Mail: Location Location host Phil Spencer's property firm goes bust
Property expert Phil Spencer's homefinding business has finally gone bust.
The presenter of Channel 4's Location, Location, Location had put his own money into Garrington Home Finders in a bid to save it.
But all 10 members of staff at the Chelsea-based company have now been laid off and the firm has gone into administration.

Sorry Phil, on this site over the last few years we have been saying it couldn't go on. I seem to remember in an article you said that there were one or two websites talking of a property crash, but that they were fools. Go and join Grant and Anthea in debtors hell.

Careful. Grant will sue you as his property empire is not really in trouble.
Perhaps Phil got all his advice from a "property expert", the one became AllsLopp from eating those hats!?
