City fraudsters cause more damage to society than terrorists or drug dealers and should be treated more harshly, the former head of public prosecutions warned yesterday.

I don't want to downplay, AT ALL, the impact that terrorism has on any individuals caught up in attacks. However, consider how many people are directly affected by terrorism in this country annually against 99.9999% of the population who will be negatively impacted by the current financial crisis. There is no comparison.
