Action on the big tax dodgers

Guardian: Brown targets Switzerland in global tax haven crackdown

Not before time, but some weaseling at the bottom of the article about competitiveness.

Gordon fighting global problems again. It's much easier to waffle on about new world orders than trying to sort out the mess in the u.k.

@Mark, the special k is very annoying. If you switch to Chrome, you can use it's task manager to kill the flash process. Not ideal, an option.

It wasn't the tax havens that destroyed the financial systems, it was the banking sector in NY and London.

"envisaged by Brown"

That is about as far as it will go. Politics and money. It's all talk and not much else.
Brown is just trying to find something to sound good at. Once again off around the world trying to sort out problems - but just not his own domestic problems.

Now let me get this right - he is going to start this world tour off by visiting Silvio Berlusconi in Italy???
A VERY rich businessman and "no doubt"tax dodging individual come politican?

It's a little ironic don't you think?
