The fat-faced one fails consistently when it comes to the detail.
He imagines that these grandiose claims & statements will help people to see him as the wonderful leader that (he thinks) he is, playing his part on the global stage.
But me, I've just come back from Italy and the exchange rate left me feeling as if I'd been raped.
