Daily Express: BROWN'S LOST HIS MARBLES
''In a speech that risked a furious backlash, the Prime Minister said the recession was his opportunity to forge a new global financial system. Astonishingly, Mr Brown even claimed to have predicted the current financial crisis 10 years ago''

Sorry to keep on about this, but it is absolutely outrageous that he thinks he can get away with this....

If he predicted, why did he do nothing about it? Lying now, or lying then? Makes me sick!

Article I posted above points out the following:
"This would likely create further global financial chaos as other governments would have to step in to fill the void in some manner because the British banks are likely too big to fail globally, but also too big to save domestically.
It is unlikely this can be handled gracefully"
Brown probably knows that our banks will have to be bailed out by other countries - he's just positioning himself so that when it happens he can take credit for setting it all up... (IMO)

Considering this is global,I very much dought
he had any idea what was going on or how this will end up
this governent needs to come clean and tell us the truth, then I feel
a road to recovery can start,
The only person he is kidding is HIM SELF ?

They've wanted this for a very long time. Face it. Brown works for the Rothschilds, et al. who own massive chunks of the financial system, and they want a global system to support the corporate monopolies they own and fund.

He is saying, I have f*cked up, but you are going to help me out....but what if the help is patchy??

Ironic in this day of sweeping 'anti-terror' laws that Brown's government is now clearly one of the greatest threats facing us.

Yes Quiet Guy your spot on it's not terrorist that bring countries down it's their own governments. Terrorists are just a flea on an Elephant a tool used by governments to instill fear in it's citizens.

In order for one to lose one's marbles, surely one should have to be in posession of them in the first instance.
Just a thought

Well, if Sir Walter Rayleigh can play bowls on Plymouth Hoe as the Armada looms, I see no reason why our PM can't play marbles at the moment, even if suffering the temporary inconvenience of losing them. I don't know what you lot are on about.

That's the spiriit. Looks like we are in need of a good defence here, yet again. Surely there must be some logical facts to support this man's actions.I'm all ears!

@11. letthemfall - It was Sir Frances Drake who was playing bowls before commanding the English fleet against the Armada
