So few are the property bulls that now visit this site to say that house prices only ever go up, and sound fundamentals and strong economy and low unemployment and any decrease in property prices is a buying opportunity and all you renters can pay off my mortgages you sad losers etc etc etc that we have to rely on postings of BBC "news" articles about the ramblings of some mad inbred baroness with less of a clue about economics and real life than fat bumbling leader gordon the moron.

Business minister!?!? WTF!

In fact can anyone remember the last time Greenbay or Glorious sunshine or any of the other perma-bulls paid us a visit to shed some pearls of intellectual wisdom?

Perhaps she should have been clearer about what data she was referring to but is this story really worthy of the nations attention? One comment from a minister that few will have heard of who has come across some data that could be taken as positive, and said so. Taking the story at face value, I cant really see what the all fuss is about.... is it some how wrong to point out positive news nowadays? In the boom years it was the opposite, anyone speaking out against the madness in the mainstream was often accused of being a doomster etc.

If I were to be cynical I'd say this was more of a PR exercise - what is the likelyhood of the green shoots comment being an unfortunate coincidence?

Of course she is out of touch. She is, as will the other parasite minister be paid thousands to talk up an economy that is dead and buried. These minister are fiddling the figures as the country burns. Forget Nero, we have Brown, forget Caligula we had Blair, forget the court jester we have Vadera!

Yes, NU labour has bankrupted the UK, printing more money and selling bonds to cover its backside, stinging neatles that are a bubble that will burst and dock leaves will not relieve. Its a sad day for the Baroness's subte sugestion to purchase bonds is about as weired as the Great Gatsby scam of pre 1929 October the 24th, I suspect that Brown has already kicked her desk into the compost heap, tuned into a faceless one eyed spud set with green shoots growing from his ears.............
