cnn: From broker to bartender
In fact, many of the bartenders, bouncers and servers employed at Mash's clubs are out-of-work mortgage brokers, loan officers and real estate brokers, he said.

Bailiffs would make the best bouncers - but they're not out of work.

So where does this leave all our immigrants who are supposed to be filling all our BTLers properties??

The immigrants are all going home. They'd rather be paid in strong Zlotys than in weak Pounds.

Got a lift back from the pub some days back - talking to the taxi driver he had been an estate agent until the current downturn had forced a career change. Felt so sorry for him, I gave him a tip.

the tip was "dont sell houses in the future" lol
Or " dont tell porkies when selling houses"
or "Dont over inflate prices again"
lol

Estate agents aren't that bad really. They don't set the market prices. When you stop to think about it, estate agents actually find it easier to make a quick cheap sale rather than hold out for a higher price.
