RICS: Price balance improves but remains severely depressed
The net balance of surveyors reporting price falls improved from 81% last month to 76.5% in November, However, the number of sales per estate agent fell to the lowest level since records began in 1978.
The EA quotes are always good entertainment: W2008 was the year a soft landing turned into a crash and next year will depend upon what can be salvaged from the wreckage."

So then with less than one property selling a week per EA, that's 4.5% increase of nothing.
