Nestoholic: UK asking prices
This site does not show any new data, but it is an incredibly quick and easy way of comparing asking prices in two different areas of the UK. Well worth a visit.

Yes that's quite an interesting little comparison site.
I've compared a couple of areas I know.
Obviously because of the averaging an area will appear less expensive if there are quite alot of smaller houses, compared to an area with only larger houses, but in reality, larger houses of the same spec would be priced alot closer in both areas.

The conclusion I draw is that all the rubbish on offer is still vastly overpriced, even taking into account that these are asking prices.

rm, true, for true values look at the prerties that are or have been auctioned.
