I'd book her for after dinner speaking as long as I could choose what she'd be eating at dinner: Deerstalker for starter, Bowler for the main course and Dunce Cap for dessert.

Just noticed you could also book:
Phil Spencer www.tmcentertainment.co.uk/speaker-index.html?speakerid=229
Sarah Beeny (tight top optional !) www.tmcentertainment.co.uk/speaker-index.html?speakerid=425
Amanda Lamb http://www.tmcentertainment.co.uk/speaker-index.html?speakerid=272

It take it that it's too late to get her speaking at your Midlands meet up ?

I shouldn't throw pies at her - it'll only make her situation worse.
Isn't Garrington Homefinders bankrupt?

I'd chip in to hire her to speak to the HPC members. Someone find out how much she would cost.
Cakes = Nom Nom Nom

Would be an extremely interesting evening, is she went to a HPC meet. trying to explain to a couple of hundered hardened HPC bloggers.
would be worth getting a film crew in.

I find this article quite right here. It shows how wonderful the world of UK consumerism is. Absolutely worth creating a debt and housing bubble for it. Not only can you buy ring tones for your mobile online, you can even book a celebrity (whatever that is) to speak at your event. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out the Queen's speaker ID. I think she's quite experienced as a speaker and I would take out a loan for having her talking about the downfall of the British economy at my next birthday party.
