Rep Maxine Wilson has just realised she has been shafted and she can do little about it.
Hope Now programme is just a front which has useless staff with no experience. Even the top people can't get through - over 1 hour on the phone waiting - why that's worse than Virgin Media!
Paulson is smiling as he carries out the biggest heist in living memory.

I don't believe any conspiracy theory type line that Paulson is manipulating events to satisfy some personal agenda. But I do see from this that Paulson has become a de facto poilicy maker whose perspective lies a few decades behind the times. The 21st century, as it's evolving and appearing now, requires a different approach to that which would have succeeded in the eighties or nineties. Paulson is of the old school that hasn't, or refuses to, see thisyet. And this congresswoman hasn't realised that this is the scale of the issues that she's trying to deal with...she's out of her depth and he's living in the past.
