This is not Free Market Capitalism, it is Crony Capitalism, or Corporate Fascism, aka Public Private Partnership.

'Free market capitalism' is certainly dead - or rather it never really existed, just as true communism never existed.The bastardized versions of both allowed a few to be hugely advantaged over the many.
