Basically, every indicator (though not the government's flawed statistics) are pointing down, irrespective of this tax freebie (which actually makes it worse).

In 10 years time the only major visitors to the uk will be hordes of Chinese/brazilian/indian/russian gap year students, back packing around the uk and being rude to the local peasants.
