I have noticed a couple of "reduced price" tags in the south of Edinburgh over the last few months.

Nice to see you back Su Said. In my part of London a house in my road recently sold for exactly the same price as last year (£400,000). However in 3 properties the owners have moved out and they have now been let.

IMO Edinburgh prices are still way over-priced, but this is an encouraging start; and it's also encouraging to see the surrounding districts starting to return to a more affordable level.
