hmmmmm how do they feel they are able to qualify these stats with so few houses selling?.......also why was my posting removed?....some postings on this site are from the nutters weekly and they get published yet mine from the BBC got removed!!!!!.....oh well sad day for free speech on this site webmaster

This is totally incredible. When American houseprices fell on aggregate it was reported that such a thing hadn't happened since the great depression. I hazard a guess that global houseprices have NEVER fallen on aggregate.

It was a post from the bbbc about the police being armed...........relevence to HPC u.k. not great (The point being made about the demonstrations in ice land where mace was used against the demonstrators it makes you wonder what would now happen if such demonstrations were to happen here if people were to say enough is enough about the current crisis) but when you see some the things that are totally unrelated to hpc uk it makes you think......
