I HAVE THE ANSWER FOR OUR ECONOMY..................we can turn from a service based economy to a debt collection economy................................Everyone should become bailiffs!!!!!!!! We can employ 10 million extra debt collectors to collect the debt here the branch out over seas......maybe a skull and crossbone flag above our ferries then change the name of the country to the "UNITED COMEDOWN"
