Wasn't Greenbay operating in the Cardiff area?

"[we] found some towns (step forward Hartlepool) that the property crash appears to have bypassed"

Hartlepool gained as much as everywhere else during the boom, there's no reason to think it won't fall in the crash. Here's a graph of prices in Hartlepool, courtesy of www.proviser.com:

Nope, Greenbay operated in Swansea, which will fare far worse! Hopefully this deflation will lead to the Welsh mines and railways reopening. A Welsh renaissance?!

Greenbay operated in Newport, not swansea or cardiff.
Nice graph drewster...just shows the obscene increase in house prices.

The graph illustrates another point - why the eck would you buy in summer?

Surely the Headline should read - "Britains BEST price falls"

Are they offering free canoes with houses in Hartlepool? - you can always fake your own death if it goes belly up.
Well, at least I didn't mention what they do to monkeys in that part of the world.

Who could forget Greenbay? 'Houseprices can only go up, everyone on this sight is deluded'.

I do miss Greenbay's inanities.

Mark, I'm sure that if you searched through the archive there would be some real rib-ticklers. Most were just unsubstantiated insults but there was a lenghty piece about why HPC would not happen that he cut and pasted from a 2006 press release - classic. If you need another fix just read some of Stuart Law's stuff then add "I'm off out in my Aston Martin you loosers" to the end of it.

I miss Greenbay, he added a real cartoon baddy element.

Greenbay operated in Wrexham, not Newport, not Swansea nor Cardiff.
Hey, Have started a new game here? "Greenbay operated" - HPC's very own Mornington Crescent.

Considering I live in the Welsh countryside green bay was the only optimistic bull around
