Property developer?....... Perhaps they knew!
Just thought........ could be a way of creating a shortage of property. Bump the market up a bit.
Wonder what they do with the bits?......Renovations possibly?

Not mentioned in the article but what's the betting the Property Developer hadn't paid his bills to the said dismantellers.

str 2007.. my thoughts exactly.. this "developer" has obviously upset someone, and they are taking the initiative by un-doing the renovations.. good on em!
