"I now HAVE to go and get some bulbs too as down to the last one in the bedroom and can't see a thing! Living room and kitchen too - why do they always go all at once?? Think there's some conspiracy theory going on."

Bilderberg?

Anyway, yes what lovely people.
I'd bet Carrie would get taken in by the child-catcher in chitty chitty bang bang as well.

Just listened again to their interview on the Moyles show - absolutley outrageous. They advised a twenty year old caller to buy a buy to let now, and praised him for going into property rather than considering university; they stated that property would be back at current levels in two years time and would then go even higher; it was full of such extraordinary ramping it made me sick :(

Reads a bit tongue in cheek to me. But maybe Carrie is really like that.

It was absolutely disgusting! I've heard a lot of bad, biased reporting on Radio 1 but to have those 2 on the Chris Moyles Show as 'EXPERTS' makes me sick.

A lot of young potential FTBs listen to that show and will be taken in by it! I think we at HPC give the rest of the general public far too much credit and expect them to make up their own minds. I personally think that most of them believe whatever they hear, especially from the BBC!

I tried getting through to the show this morning to vent my rage but it wasn't happening!

So i just texted and asked when Krusty would eat her HAT!!

"I now HAVE to go and get some bulbs too" - I presume she means Tulip bulbs which Phil and Kirsty will no doubt be telling people to buy before prices reach one hundred times of the levels attained in Feb 1637

Completely irresponsible. I have just finished on the phone to a client who unbelievably was taken in by all the rubbish blurted out in the show and was considering helping his son on the property ladder as opposed to renting as previously advised by myself.

Thankfully, I highlighted the fact KA admitted to only owning two properties herself and that point in itself should speak volumes...............

Completely irresponsible, blatant and desperate VI ramping from two halfwit nutjobs who clearly know jack sh!t. These people should be held accountable for their 'advice' in the future. Hanging is always an option! 'EXPERTS' i.e. EX - as in 'has been' and SPERT (Spurt) - as in 'drip under pressure.

Ok, rant over. Sorry.

What is the law on giving investment advice? Surely Kirsty and Phil need to be regulated before they can do that? And surely it is a breach of trust for the Beeb to represent them as experts?
