Be fair now - it's a step in the right direction for a town that has suffered a lot over the years. Surfboards might lead to small sailboats, then big sailboats, then yachts, and before you know it there's a gleaming new shipyard in town. At least that's how it would happen in China....

Matt, what an infantile comment, you're clearly either jealous of something or a feckwit.
Come back when you have something constructive to say or know what you are talking about.

Ader, this is a perfect illustration of where this country is going wrong. Surf boards already exist. It would have been easier to get them produced in China, and stick some labels on the boards when back in the UK. You never know they may have got an MOD contract for the Marines or the SBS.

As for PJ, well, the other week he was doing similar things at schools, sniffing around for ideas, coming out with the same old b0ll0cks!!!

I'm an entrepreneur, and as an entrepreneur will say this: THERE IS NO HELP FOR ENTREPRENEURS!

There is hoiwever, money for regional bodies who sp*nk the money on advisors wages.

Entrepreneurialism in the UK is a joke. Pimping, Drugs & Houses.

I'll be f'**ked if I'm going to pay for my parents generation, and as a Brit, I'm going to take every penny I can out of the UK to build a better life elsewhere.

It's comforting that I have this opportunity.
