Wales Online: Buy a house – get an Aston Martin free
As an incentive to drive up interest, the company is now offering two V8 Vantage models of the Aston Martin, worth about £90,000 each, to buyers who secure the house keys.
The company said purchasers this weekend would automatically own the vehicle and the idea came on the back of tomorrow’s release of the latest James Bond film, Quantum of Solace, which features the 190mph DBS version of the Aston Martin.

So two of the four £1+million houses were sold without the Aston incentive. Bet those buyers are really cheesed off.
Anyway, all together now, 1 - 2 - 3 .............. Why don't you just reduce the asking price?

Yes you too can become anti-social, driving one of those around. Why not drop the asking price by £80K ?

I expect the cars will be thrashed prior to delivery by the developer.

What about if you buy a car you get a free house? (apparently there are about 1 million standing empty) - that might get the car production lines moving again.

If it doesn't come with ejector seat and rockets, I'm not buying.

According to Cambridge Dictionary
Quantum (N) "the smallest amount of"
Solace (N) "help and comfort when you are feeling sad or worried"
Says it all really!

You mean a bond girl comes with the car?
16. Mike said...
@Mark W. In St. Mellons it'd be on bricks and burnt out before you got the keys anyway.

@letthemfall
You may get a blonde girl but not a bond...not from st melons anyway.......great name for a saint though dont you think?

ask to take the car for a test drive and then drive the thing straight through the house.

So effectively they're taking £90k less for each house then.
