three wheels - front one had an engine on top - a Villiers 200cc air cooled as I recall

no reverse gear only door on passenger side

I remember those. Didn't the engine move with the front wheel, and wasn't there a kick start which you accessed by lifting up the bonnet and sticking your leg into the engine bay?
