Who else could be better qualified to talk about the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning than someone who has spent the last five years or so publicly spouting noxious hot-air that's sent so many victims to their (financial) doom?

You just can't keep a good woman down - full of bright ideas - maintain the value of your home during the forthcoming recession - "add a carbon monoxide detector" - I bet Phil is labelling the detectors up for her in his Garage right now.

Coincidentally similar to the symptoms created by listening to property rampers.

She's definetly coming out of her sabbatical pause for reflection.
She was on ITV Morning program yesterday, where, when asked about the wide consensus amongst the experts that house prices have to fall an extra 15% in the next year, she replied that it is impossible to make predictions on House Prices ( haha)and proceeded to plead for a Interest Rate cut.

But seriously, after duping millions into going beyond their means, are peeps to believe that she is altruistic?! This is the most ridiculous, false re-packaging of a fallen hero.
