Lord Levene, chairman of Lloyd's of London says he lays the blame for the current banking crisis on the financial regulators speaking to Jeff Randall. Then he gently drops the government into the mess..

But, who is in control of the regulators?! Clearly, in America, Wall Street, as owners of the Feral Reserve, Bankers are indirectly responsible via their control of their own regulators. Don't expect the general public to understand such an excercise of mind bending agility as to understand the double bluff and sleight of hand.
