Must be true, just look at Rightmove Oct' HPI - up 1%. We'd all better go a buy houses before they become un-affordable! What do you mean they already are? What do you mean we can't get a mortgate? I don't understand!!!

Some suckers migt buy the text, but they still won't be able to afford to buy a property.

You guys all basically say the same thing - one sided - its like talking to a mirror.

If the media has spotted something, it will report it - amplified or not.

I thought a job of a forum was to debate both sides lol
