Collapse in house prices predicted by BBC

BBC News: Plunge in house prices predicted

Welsh house prices predicted to fall 38% from their peak just over a year ago.
The average number of people out of work by the end of this year is also expected to be 10% higher than in 2007.

The MSM's forecasts for 'fall from peak' are edging closer to HPC's consensus 42% fall.
