40 year low

BBC: Property slump in '40 year low'

It's that dastardly credit crunch again. No mention of insanely high prices putting buyers off who've finally worked out the "market"
is a big scam and it's crash like the house of cards it is.
Pointless rubbish.

I have come to the conclusion that all sources of news on the box are especially written by and for the 'brain dead' and terminally moronic with the proliferation of small local radio stations that depend on 'glubberment' advertising to make ends meet taking the top prize in the race to the bottom.

This one dimensional report is a great example of why the HPC is taking so long to actually become an established and accepted event, then perhaps even embraced as extremely positive, saving youngsters like the guileless FTB featured here from a life of servitude to vast and expensive loans. It's as if there's an editorial edict at the major media establishments such as BBC news to keep talking about how fine the emperors clothes are looking even as the his flabby, bankrupt butt wobbles by.

Well diddums.

The BBC yet again evades the real issue, even though everyone knows the root of the problem.

State media pushing out propaganda at its very worse.

The banks have raised their deposit requirements to stop sheep like this idiot and his brother from 'getting on the ladder' in a falling market. Seriously, are these people for real?
You've got 10 grand? Whooppee-doo.
Use it to go to Thailand and pop your cherry or something instead.
Stop worrying about getting on the imaginary 'property ladder'.

Has someone just castrated Richard Donnell from Hometrack. The pitch of his voice sounded a bit elevated.
