The Sun tries to polish a lump of dull grey base metal
The Sun: Good Friday
The Sun spins away at full pro-glubberment, whilst the comments under the article reveal that the majority of it's wordly wise readership who can be bothered to post have not had the wool pulled over their eyes. Lots of carefully chosen words words are used to polish the story up undoubtedly to instill spending 'confidence' in the credit/debt dependent masses.

"...investors saw the opportunity to make a killing on a rising market".
QUICK,QUICK....get back to spending...to more housebuying....
If that's not good enough to get you celebrating and speculating again:
"TORY leader David Cameron took 40 per cent of the vote in a phone poll yesterday to find who Sun readers think is the best person to fight the credit crunch. PM Gordon Brown got 29 per cent, X Factor’s Simon Cowell just three per cent, Sir Alan Sugar 15 per cent – and Mr Bean 13 per cent".
Well, HOO-RAH for Mr Bean!

" But the confidence of investors was restored by firm action from governments and central banks."
If it wasn't so serious it would be funny ! A series of bail-outs,the like of which has never been seen, and somehow this is good news ? My confidence hasn't been restored, just for the record. Cameron ? Do what exactly ? Pathetic.

Let's keep standards higher than this - the sun is a partizan toilet paper rag, who's policies have frightened the two main parties for a generation. The readers' average mental age is about seven, and if you told them Elvis was to blame, they'd be out beating up teddy-boys.

Pure unadulterated drivel.

Would be quite amusing to see teddy-boys forced to sign the Collateralized debt obligation offenders list :o)
