BBC news: Millionaire spooked from mansion
Spooked by something more than ghosts. Perhaps it was the site of those trunkless bodies as the tide went out.

Excellent post. Does this show up some cultural differences on the willingness to walk away? Or is it just that someone who makes his money from property lives in a world of b***s***?

It's a bit like Lehman was 'handed back'!
More of this to come, with or without voodoo or similar.
I wonder when the auction is? Tempting to sit at the back playing hand shadows!

So, if his mansion fell 10% value during his ownership, does he have to cut the loss or the bank is bearing it? If it's bank's loss, this sounds a smart way of getting yourself out of overpriced house.

I can see it now. Huge increase in number of haunted houses sweeps the country... Fantastic!
