£58000 for a car parking space in St Ives:

SPACE Length 2.63m narr to 2.29m
Mad, just mad. For that money you could park for 40 years in the public car park near the Tate in St Ives.

The crazy thing is that you can get a residents parking permit for £450 per year, i.e. £58,000 / £450 = 129 years resident parking!
This is pure speculation far out of touch with the actual value. Just like the rest of the housing market.
A true value would be, say 20 year of parking, £9000.
