House Price story for a change
The Telegraph: House prices fall in all areas of the country
Title says it all real, old news I guess, but the land registry is finally caching up with reality.

Had a look at the prices on the estate agent's parade (3 in a row) yesterday. To my astonishment Rightmove has now broken ranks and has now started advertising 3 bed houses for less than 220K(!!!). One was even marked as "valued at £200K". Valued at?!?
It's going...
