The Russian government is suing the Bank of New York for smuggling cash out of the country. Can a U.S. bank get a fair trial in Moscow?

That's such a loaded question. Like asking "Will Russia admit the case is a sham?"
The US and UK are so proud of their judicial systems even when they are proven time and again to have glaring faults (by the way, no-one was reprimanded for shooting Menezes, and the London Underground CCTV footage still 'can't be found').
Double, triple standards.
