Can anyone tell me the logic in this
Right move: Property details -Save on stamp duty
Why would I want to save £1650 when I will lose £33,000 when prices drop a further 20%?

Marketing Guff.. "Trying to put a shine on poo!" In my opinion they (Right Move), would be better off putting a badge saying "FREE £600 Holiday" or "FREE 6 x £100 Wine Vouchers". Both would be handy to any new buyer, especially the second recommendation.

Why would the vendor be paying stamp duty when properties up to one hundred and seventy-five thousand pounds are exempt?
Plus, the exemption lasts for a year, yes that is a limited time, but surely you can't be anticipating the sale of this house to take a year?

A drop in price might be a more effective marketing plan ....
