$700 Billion - "We just wanted to choose a really large number"

Forbes: Bad News For The Bailout

In fact, some of the most basic details, including the $700 billion figure Treasury would use to buy up bad debt, are fuzzy.
"It's not based on any particular data point," a Treasury spokeswoman told Forbes.com Tuesday. "We just wanted to choose a really large number."
Wow. If it wants to see a bailout bill passed soon, the administration's going to have to come up with some hard answers to hard questions.

Malct,

Was the act of letting Wa Mu go into default part of a " Shock & Awe campaign? Maybe I've watched too many Hollywood conspiracy thrillers?

It probably has some occult meaning. That is what these guys are into. I started googling 7 and occult, and, it occured to me. In Genesis, God created the world in 7 days. He rested on the 7th. These guys are playing God with our economy. That is the Luciferian meaning of 7 in this context. Remember that, on the 6th day, God said, let there be light. Lucifer is the light bearer. Phew, big stuff, well, as Alex says, even if you don't believe in this stuff, they certainly do.

alan - Naomi Klien might think so. See shock doctrine above

also congress person Kaptur (see yesterday's video) certainly thinks so.

If you think like your enemy, what would you do?

p4ac

assume you mean 7

when I first came across this I thought ah! but we only CHOOSE to have 360 degrees in a circle

then after a few hours I thought, why?

there's no doubt we have been encouraged to leave behind knowledge which once served us well.

Like, what would house prices be like if there were no mortgages?

Apparently there are 360 degrees to Free Masonry, yes, the 32nd degree is not the capstone, Presidents run NOTHING. but I don't see the link to the number 7.

I believe the shock doctrine is about taking advantage of disasters to push through policies, not necessarily creating the disaster to take advantage of it. I don't know - I haven't read the book. Have you?

I agree that the collapse of WaMu being announced at this time was definitely no coincidence, though.

Occult means hidden, pure and simple, that's all it is. 360degrees, well, if you are at the 360th degree, you have the full picture. You know that our degree system is masonic? Those taking degrees at university are given a fraction of the picture. That's the nature of the Babylonian System. Texe Marrs gives a good lot of info on the occult meanings in our architecture and monuments.

Malct, the Middle Class could buy a house on one salary back in the day. Without inflation and with sound money, we would all be there, with a minority choosing to rent for flexibility.
