I have to be careful not to be uncharitable; but this is probably the end of what some people, justifiably would call the potemkin village economy. Those jobs were not "real" in the same way as a job even at the local post office, let alone a job in the local car manufacturing plant. Sadly, tragically even, those REAL jobs might be in danger now.

The eclipse of the ghosts may be the ruin of many. The thin cows ate up the fat ones - and worse - they were still thin afterwards. I have the very strong feeling that many of us on this forum, who have rented, may be far better off right now than the majority.

Lets hope we can be generous and gracious, and let us meditate on that.

I agree. The failure is an expression of truth. I'm thinking about your next door neighbour when I suggest being gracious.

Truth HAS to come first though, in which case I also say

FAIL
