I particulary love this tip:

Err - My suggestion - Let the seller knock the cost of stamp duty off the asking price.

Most of this stuff used to be "How to add 10 grand to your property". A quick copy & paste later and it's a new article ! Won't be too long before this is wheeled out once again, but as "How to GET 10 grand For your property"
