Ditch cars for buses and trains and bicycles; Butlins rather than Club Med; No more PS3 but conkers (Forget health & safety); Good bye silk neckties and welcome back to the old familiar polyester ties; No more Starbucks but 80p coffee in Weatherspoon; imitation rubber wallet rather than geuine cowskin 'Extra Special' will be no more but 'economy' products in superstores; You will eventually realize they don't make too much difference. It's just peer pressures and vanity. At least people may be able to afford them without borrowing too much money.
