Cheap tat becomes un-economical. This is brilliant news for the planet as valuable resources are currently being wasted on a gargantuan scale. At least 4 gifts I got last Christmas are gathering dust in the garage and are earmarked for a car-boot sale. All have been bought with no thought whatsoever - that is plainly wrong. China's inflation will snuff this stupidity out.

I was just about to add something similar tyrell. I shop very little these days (mainly because I've moved from central London to somewhere with very few shops) and it's quite funny because not shopping now feels like a revolutionary act. I would advise all to stop shopping so much. It's time we all focussed on family, community and society rather than just locking ourselves away with all our possessions.
