Problem is the properties are so expensive that all and sundry are desperate to increase the floor areas by adding loft and rear extensions and then basements. The idyllic Mews then becomes a building site for the next ten years - fortunately for me and others who make their living out of these places as a result I have to say, so long may it continue!

So this EA firm have managed to sell 2 mews houses recently. One of the negotiators at the firm is called James. Hmmm, I wonder if he might be jamesjames? With 3 branches and 13 staff they must be struggling to find things to do all day other than dream about what to do with their redundancy money..........
